We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Drywall Installer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent attention to detail, and a proven ability to consistently produce high-quality work.

Responsibilities:

• Drywall Installation
• Accurately install drywall sheets on various surfaces, including walls and ceilings.
• Ensure proper alignment, fastening, and finishing of drywall.
• Drywall Repair
• Professionally repair damaged drywall, including holes, cracks, and imperfections.
• Prepare surfaces for finishing by sanding, mudding, and taping.
• Stucco Repair
• Diagnose and repair cracks, holes, and other damage to stucco surfaces.
• Apply stucco finishes to ensure a smooth and even appearance.
• Drywall Texturing
• Apply various textures to drywall surfaces, including orange peel, knockdown, and more.
• Ensure consistent and professional application of textures.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a professional drywall installer.
• Proven experience in stucco repair, drywall patching, and drywall texturing.
• Strong knowledge of drywall installation techniques and best practices.
• Ability to read blueprints and understand construction plans.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
• Must have own basic hand tools.

Physical Demands:

• Stand/Sit: Must be able to remain in stationary position 50% of the
• May be required to bend, climb (Stairs/Ladders), do repetitive motion, kneel, reach, squat, stand, crawl, walk, and run
• May be required to drive and sit for long periods of time
• May be required to maneuver up to 25 lb. by lifting, carrying or pushing
• Must have the ability to maneuver in and out of ditches, dig ditches, and assist with other physical operations associated with installing/repairing/and or maintaining in-ground septic systems and lines.

PAY TRANSPARENCY:

The starting rate for this opportunity ranges from $20-$35hr. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, and market demands. Other rewards may include incentive plan opportunities and annual bonus eligibility. We provide a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO).
