Key Responsibilities:

• Assist HVAC technicians and installers in repairing, maintaining and installing heating and cooling systems
• Attend job training session and complete any practice work
• Follow all safety protocols and company procedures
• Learn to diagnose, troubleshoot and install mechanical issues
• Maintain tools, material and equipment. Deliver equipment to and from job sites

What we're looking for:

• Strong interest in the skilled trades and a desire to build a long term career
• Mechanically inclined with good problem solving skills
• Positive attitude, good communication and a willingness to learn

Physical Demands:

• Stand/Sit: Must be able to remain in stationary position 50% of the time.
• May be required to bend, climb (Stairs/Ladders), do repetitive motion, kneel, reach, squat, stand, crawl, walk, and run
• May be required to drive and sit for long periods of time
• Must be able to maneuver up to 75 lb. by lifting, carrying, pushing or pulling.
• May be required to work in outdoor weather conditions.

Pay Transparency:  

The starting average rate for this opportunity is $40k-$50k/Year. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, and market demands. Other rewards may include incentive plan opportunities and annual bonus eligibility. We provide a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO).
