Plumbing Install - Simi Valley

Responsibilities:

• Set up plumbing fixtures - sinks, toilets, bathtubs, showers
• Install bathtubs and toilets, and appliances,
• Install and connect appliances such as water heaters, dishwashers and washing machines
• Clean drains, remove obstructions, and repair or replace broken pipes and fixtures.
• Diagnose plumbing problems and determine best solutions. Handle emergency plumbing issues. 
• Working alongside HVAC and Electrician professionals
• Communicate with clients effectively to understand their needs. Provide cost estimates and recommendations

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of plumbing install
• Valid Driver's License
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
• Sound knowledge of water systems
• Knowledge of plumbing diagnostics, re-pipes, re-drain, leak detections, and water heaters.

Physical Demands: 

• Stand/Sit: Must be able to remain in stationary position 50% of the 
• May be required to bend, climb (Stairs/Ladders), do repetitive motion, kneel, reach, squat, stand, crawl, walk, and run 
• May be required to drive and sit for long periods of time 
• May be required to maneuver up to 25 lb. by lifting, carrying or pushing 
• Must have the ability to maneuver in and out of ditches, dig ditches, and assist with other physical operations associated with installing/repairing/and or maintaining in-ground septic systems and lines.

PAY TRANSPARENCY:

The rate range for this opportunity is from $75K-$225 DOE. the actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, market demands and performance. Other rewards may include incentive plan opportunities and annual bonus eligibility.

We provide a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO). It assumes a rate based on location and experience.
